Speaker Biography:  1- Ameen Al Tajer: Ameen is the CEO of INFINITEWARE, an AI company catering to global clients such as Saudi Aramco, STC, Zain, and the government of Bahrain. As a Google Developer Expert in machine learning and a seasoned speaker, he has shared his expertise at renowned tech companies like Google and AWS, as well as international conferences. With over 15 years of software industry experience, Ameen's proficiency spans AI, security, 3D programming, and hardware design. He is the founder of Bahrain's game development scene and imparts his knowledge in game development and AI to aspiring developers. Ameen is also an author and trainer, offering courses on AI and blockchain. At Bahrain Institute of Business and Finance (BIBF), he trains professionals in AI, ethical hacking, and blockchain, equipping numerous individuals with valuable skills in Bahrain and beyond. 2- Mais Jauhary: Mais is an experienced entrepreneur and advocate for SMEs in the MENA region. She started her entrepreneurial journey at the age of 19, founding small companies before the rise of startups. Mais currently serves as the Founder & Chief Development Officer (CDO) at WeGro Creative Business Agency in Bahrain and is also the Co-founder & Program Designer at Women4Impact. With a background in Electronics and Telecommunications Engineering and a Global MBA, Mais combines her expertise to drive innovation and support small businesses in the region. She holds certifications in Project Management and Entrepreneurship, reflecting her commitment to fostering growth and creativity in the startup ecosystem.
